L'apprentissage qu'est-ce que c'est ?
Defintion
Apprenticeship is a practice-based approach to plastic processing vocational training. It enables the apprentice to gain work experience while attending a school or training centre and carrying on academic and technical studies.
This extensive programme aims at providing knowledgeable and well-trained skilled workers.
Who can be an apprentice ?
Anybody aged between 16 and 25.
Length of apprenticeship.
The length of the apprenticeship depends on the degree that is prepared.
Contract and wages.
The apprentice and the company manager will sign a work contract that specifies the rights and duties of both parties. During the whole length of the apprenticeship period, the apprentice receives a salary that is a percentage of the minimum wage.
Efficiency
This educational method has proved to be particularly efficient. At CIRFAP, not only does 90% of the apprentices obtain a diploma but they also rank first in a number of achievement lists. Furthermore, nearly 100% of them find a job after completing their studies.
